Pega CSSA certification with at least 7 years of experience in building and implementing model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions. Strong technical skills and a deep understanding of Pega PRPC and system architectures. Experience with Agile, Scrum, and waterfall project delivery frameworks. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate, partner, and collaborate effectively. Proven track record in software development, system architecture, and security champion roles. Preferred Skills: Experience with CDH real time APIs and decisioning artifacts. Experience with Pega CDH Framework with a focus on dataflow and process flows. Knowledge of industry-standard project delivery frameworks, including SAFe Agile.
