Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Manager(AM ~ Manager) to lead team of Engineers in R&D department and collaborate with other departments to align R&D efforts with business goals. .

The candidate will be responsible for managing and directing all the activities of the department, including project management, product development, research operations, Benchmarking activities & market investigation.

The candidate has a background in engineering, coupled with a strong business acumen and leadership skills.

Candidate should be well-versed in the latest industry trends and technologies and be able to guide our research team to success.

Job Responsibilities 1

Actively participate in the project planning phase, working closely with stakeholders to define project objectives, outline deliverables, establish realistic timelines & ensure that resources are allocated appropriately

Responsibilities -

1.BEV/HEV components localization (Inverter, Battery Pack, Controllers, Sensors etc).

2.Suppliers, Manufacturing Plant & Customer handling to deliver project on time.

3.Prototyping, product testing, Reporting

Job Responsibilities 2

Actively participate in market investigation to check OEM/Competitor's technology trend, conclude results & timely report to management, Support team to conduct benchmarking, Organise trainings to update member's skill of new technology

Responsibilities -

1.Monitor Electric mobility trend & prepare proposal for India specific product requirements,

2.BEV/HEV architecture & components benchmarking,

3.Monitor competitor's movement & report timely within dept.

Experience

Education: Graduate in Mechatronics Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Electronics & Electrical Engineering or more

Experience: Candidate must have 8~10 years of experience in the research and development field in Automobile Industry.

This experience should ideally be gained in roles that involve project management, product development, localization, vehicle benchmarking and market research etc.

Working experience of EV industry is preferred.

Experience of budgeting, strategic planning, and interfacing with senior leadership is also highly desirable for this role.

Skills:

1.Software -MATLAB, MILS, HILS

2.EV architecture & Components handling

3. High voltage testing skill
