Manager-Project Execution

Your Role : 

• Constantly interacting with the customers (both Internal & External) for understanding the key requirements of the Project, contractual obligations & project delivery schedule.


• Actively initiating the Scope Meetings & participating in Design Meetings for systematically communicating the Project requirements.


• Essential planning with the Sourcing team and Suppliers to reduce the lead time and ascertain On-Time deliveries so as to honour the Project Delivery Date.- Discuss & submit any deviation or concession request to the customer during order execution.


• Responsible and accountable for the Installation and Commissioning activities at Customer’s site.


• Anticipating probable bottlenecks, taking advance action & in-turn arresting profit leakage.


• Monitoring the Project Budget vs Actual Cost.


• Periodically running backlogs to concentrate on the open orders and open points.


• Establishing a better customer relationship.


• Supporting Integration Team in Despatch Planning.t

To succeed, you will need:

• Working very closely with customer, sales, project team & service


• On Time in Full Delivery.


• Monitoring "Pre vs Post" OR "Budget vs Actual" as per the set KRA


• Establishing a good relationship with the various stake holders (Customers, Sales, Service, Project Team and Suppliers)


• Suggesting ideas towards cost effectve solutions


• Effective Visits to Customer Sites (All over India as needed)

Knowledge/ Educational requirements:

• Degree in Diploma or Engineering


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Knowledge of Industry segments.

Required Experience : 12 to 15 Years.
