Job Description - Manager-Sales

## What you\u2019ll do:\n\nThe primary function is to implement the go to market strategy for the business thro End user and channel partner , drive customer relationships, key account negotiations and direct engagement activities to achieve sales, profit and market share goals. \n\n\"1. Market Expansion\n\nDevelop new accounts and customer segments to promote Eaton\u2019s Power Quality solutions.\n\nIdentify and engage potential clients across industries with high demand for 3-phase UPS solutions.\n\nDrive focused outreach efforts to increase funnel size and market visibility. \n \n2\\. Revenue \u0026 Profitability Achievement\n\nMeet and exceed revenue and gross margin goals for the assigned territory.\n\nImplement strategic sales plans to ensure sustainable and profitable growth. \n \n3\\. Market Share Maximization\n\nStrengthen Eaton\u2019s market presence and achieve maximum market share in Eastern region.\n\nContinuously monitor competitor activities and create counter-strategies to stay ahead. \n \n4\\. Key Account Management\n\nManage and nurture relationships with mid-size and large accounts.\n\nServe as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.\n\nMaintain a high level of customer engagement, ensuring satisfaction and retention. \n \n5\\. Receivables \u0026 Compliance Management\n\nEnsure timely payments for all orders.\n\nCollaborate with finance and operations to maintain smooth order execution. \n \n6\\. Channel Development\n\nDevelop, onboard, and strengthen channel partners in the Eastern region for 3-phase UPS solutions.\n\nSupport channel partners with training, product knowledge, and joint customer engagement activities.\n\nDrive channel-led opportunities and improve partner performance.\n\n## Qualifications:\n\nBachelor\u2019s Degree in Technology with MBA is highly desirable \nMinimum of 6 \u2013 10 years field sales experience, specially on End user business. \n\n## Skills:\n\nRequires product application knowledge for single phase and three phase UPS sales, Digital solutions, MDC and smart solutions. \nSolid negotiation skills and market intelligence, Dynamic, Enterprising. \nExtensive Travelling Required within region. \n
