Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned Retail Financing Manager with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience to oversee and manage the retail financing operations of our three-wheeler business. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers across the region have access to seamless financing solutions, enabling them to purchase our vehicles with ease.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Financing Strategies:

• Create and execute comprehensive retail financing strategies to promote the sales of our three-wheelers across the region
• Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.

Collaborate with Retail Financing Partners:

• Leverage your extensive experience and network to build and maintain strong relationships with retail financing partners, including NBFCs (Non-Banking Financial Companies) and banks, to secure favorable financing terms for customers across the region.
• Negotiate and establish financing agreements and partnerships to expand our financing options.

Dealer Network Collaboration:

• Collaborate with our dealer network across India to provide training and support on financing options.
• Ensure that dealers are well-equipped to guide customers through the financing process.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Address customer inquiries and concerns related to financing options promptly and professionally, regardless of their location.
• Ensure a smooth financing process for customers by coordinating with financing partners.

Credit Risk Management:

• Utilize your deep understanding of credit risk assessment to evaluate the creditworthiness of customers applying for financing across the region.
• Develop and implement advanced risk mitigation strategies to minimize loan defaults.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Stay up-to-date with financial regulations in India and ensure that all financing practices adhere to legal and ethical standards.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Utilize your extensive experience to perform in-depth data analysis, track the performance of financing programs across India, and make data-driven decisions.
• Prepare detailed and insightful reports on financing activities and present findings to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with a significant portion in a similar role in retail financing within the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, lending processes, and credit risk assessment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to leverage your extensive network of industry contacts.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Thorough familiarity with regulatory requirements related to retail financing in India.
