Manager / Senior Manager - Sales (Real Estate)
- Build and maintain a deep understanding of the real estate market, including industry trends, competitors and customer needs.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients. Oversee and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support and training to ensure their success.
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to develop effective sales and promotional materials
- Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to senior management
- Stay up to date with industry developments and trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
- Conduct regular sales meetings and training to motivate and educate the sales team
Preferred candidate profile: Any Graduate/PG with at least 6 years of relevant real estate sales experience
