ManagerSiliguri (Wood Coatings)

This is a team management role and will be responsible for driving business through the frontline team while ensuring strong dealer development and market execution.

Locations & Open Positions:

• Manager – Siliguri (Preferred HQ: Siliguri)
  
• Will oversee Siliguri, Malda, and East Bihar (Purnea) territories
  

Role Overview

To launch the high-end Wood Coatings segment (2-Pack PU – both fast-drying and slow-drying) in the allotted area, drive sales, and develop the Wood Coatings business in retail.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch 2-Pack PU Wood Coatings in the assigned state.
  
• Drive sales and business development for Wood Coatings.
  
• Build relationships with key customers, Interior Designers, OEMs, Contractors, and Channel Partners.
  
• Support execution of technical trials, demos, and product adoption initiatives.
  
• Track market trends, competitor activities, products, and dealer and contractor schemes.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (R&D and Marketing) for product readiness and go-to-market execution.
  
• Lay the foundation for scaling the category across geographies and segments.
  
• Monitor stock levels, forecasting, and replenishment.
  
• Conduct regular review meetings, field coaching, and performance monitoring.
  
• Recruit, train, build, and drive an ace team.
  

Reporting Structure:

• Reporting to COO
  
• For ease of operations, the role will work in close coordination with the respective Branch Managers
