Contributes to the overall growth of the organization by growing sales with existing and new customers in India region.

  • Sales & Business Development of OTR / Farm Tires 

  • Dealer Development in the assigned region.

  • Achieve product wise, territory wise sales targets by focusing on the whole range of Products, Sales, Logistics and demand planning.

  • Achieving given targets for the month, quarters and annual.

  • Conducting ad campaigns, Dealer Meets / Mechanical Meets etc.

  • Product wise targets for the year - Tipper / Tires for Construction business / RFT/ TT



  • Dealer development and their retention

  • Collection of more than 80% outstanding

  • Secondary market tracking and follow-up


 


 



 


 


 






















Educational Qualification



Skills & Knowledge



Mandatory :



  • Graduate or Postgraduate


 


Preferred : MBA in Marketing




  • Good Analytical Skills and problem solving skills.

  • Detail Oriented, should have the ability to get into the nitty-gritty of the issues

  • Ethical, require strong value systems and act as a role model for team members to emulate.

  • Team player.


 



Work Experience:



Competencies




  • 8-10 Years of Experience. 

  • Experience in Tire (Farm/OTR) industry is must.
