Key Responsibility Area(KRA)- For Vision Rx Lab

Designation-    Manager-West Logistics(Domestic Business)

Location-        Mumbai

Function in regard to outbound logistics:-

• Handling couriers to ensure intime.


• Evaluation of the performance of the couriers so that we can improve delivery faster.


• Cost control of courier expenses.


• Feedback of the customers in regard to delivery.

Process Improvement :-

• System and  Process improvement of both inbound and outbound logistics.


• Standardisation of logistics flow.


• Materialisation of the customer feedback


• Coordination with cross functional dept.


• Also bring down Logistics Expenses-both Fuel and Courier cost.


• Improvement in Last mile Delivery.


• Expansion of Network

Any other responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Functional Reporting:- Manager-Operation(West)

Administrative Reporting:- Head-Logistics(Domestic Business)

Reported By :- All Logistics Executive & Delivery Boys of West Region in 10 locations.

Exp- 8-10yrs exp. In Logistics/Warehouse Industry

Qualification- Graduate with MBA-Logistics/Supply Chain or Engineering Background
