Managing Associate-Direct Tax

Managing Associate will be responsible for managing client engagements which
will be related to Direct Taxes (Corporate tax, Transfer Pricing and International
tax) and other related laws.

• Interaction with Partners and briefing Partners on the client engagements.
  
• Managing and guiding the team. - Preparation of litigation matters, including briefing of Counsel.
  
• Researching and preparing briefing notes/ charts/ paper books for income tax
  matters before ITAT, High Court and Supreme Court.
  
• Assist in drafting client responses and opinion in the Direct Taxes (Corporate
  tax, Transfer Pricing and International tax) advisory matters and other related
  laws.
  
• Assist in transaction related assignments.
  
• Assisting and working on research papers, thought leadership, articles, etc.
  
• Any other support related to the firm’s commitments.
  
• Comfortable with travelling for firm commitments.
  

Requirements

Desired
Candidate Profile

·       CA mandatory; LLB preferred.

·       4–12 years of experience in Transaction Tax,
International Tax, M&A Advisory, Corporate Restructuring or similar
practices.

·       Strong expertise in Income Tax, International Tax,
M&A Tax Advisory, Due Diligence, FEMA and Corporate Restructuring.
