Manger - US Tax

Manage the engagement team -Set performance measurements and ensure that performance goals, including engagement economics, turnaround time and quality targets are met. Communicate progress and project status to all stakeholders. Knowledge of the firm policies related to confidentiality and data privacy, client acceptance and engagement letters, tax return preparer guidelines and knowledge-sharing. Adhere to practice protocol and other internal processes consistently Commerce Graduate/Postgraduate, MBA. Experience: 6+ years in Japan or US Individual Taxation in a recognized firm or Big4. Should be a signer of Japan or US Individual Income tax returns for a minimum of 18-24 months. A US CPA or Enrolled Agent would be an added advantage. Experience in team management and responsible for quality control within the team. Possess sound technical knowledge and excellent communication skills, along with analytical thinking ability. Should have experience of working closely with foreign offices and clients. Capability to guide and support team members with technical stands and queries.
