Mango Financial Advisors is a leading financial advisory and investment banking firm, specializing in real estate financing and structured debt solutions. With a strong network of institutional lenders, NBFCs, banks, and alternative investment funds, we drive high-value transactions for our clients.
We are seeking a National Head (VP/SVP Level) to lead our Sell Side Real Estate Lending practice. This is a strategic leadership role for a high-performing Chartered Accountant (1st attempt) with deep expertise in executing lending transactions.
Deal Execution & Structuring
Lead end-to-end execution of real estate lending deals across residential, commercial, and mixed-use assets.
Structure transactions to maximize value for clients while ensuring compliance with regulatory and credit norms.
Negotiate deal terms with lenders, NBFCs, banks, and AIFs.
Business Development (Sell Side Focus)
Originate new mandates and build strong client relationships within the real estate sector.
Drive sell-side lending opportunities by positioning Mango Financial Advisors as a trusted partner.
Collaborate with promoters, developers, and institutional investors for transaction closures.
Leadership & Strategy
Develop the national strategy for real estate lending practice.
Lead, mentor, and manage regional teams to achieve business goals.
Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Financial & Risk Management
Conduct in-depth financial analysis, credit assessments, and cash flow modeling for large-ticket transactions.
Evaluate risks and ensure deals are structured with appropriate safeguards.
Maintain strong governance and compliance with industry best practices.
Chartered Accountant – 1st Attempt Pass (mandatory).
12–18 years of proven experience in investment banking, structured finance, or real estate lending.
Strong track record of deal execution in sell-side real estate transactions.
Excellent understanding of financial structuring, credit analysis, and regulatory frameworks.
Established network with banks, NBFCs, AIFs, and institutional lenders.
Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and client management skills.
Ability to lead a national team and deliver on ambitious business targets.
