Manpower Sourcing Manager - Textiles

We are looking for an experienced Manpower Sourcing Manager to lead workforce sourcing and hiring strategies for our Home Textiles manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in bulk hiring, labor sourcing, vendor management, and workforce planning, especially for factory/shop -floor roles.

• Plan and execute manpower sourcing strategies for factory and corporate roles
  
• Manage bulk hiring for operators, tailors, helpers, and staff
  
• Develop and maintain labor contractor/vendor networks
  
• Coordinate with production teams for manpower planning
  
• Handle end -to -end recruitment (sourcing, screening, onboarding)
  
• Manage hiring drives, job fairs & local sourcing initiatives
  
• Ensure timely manpower availability for production targets
  
• Maintain recruitment MIS and reports
  
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and cost per hire
  
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and documentation
