Mantas Developer - C10 - Pune

This is a developer role in a fast-paced technology delivery organization supporting regulatory compliance. This position is part of AML Mantas Global Technology team and will work closely with AML solution development teams, project managers, architecture teams and other stakeholders. The individual will be responsible for technical design, hands-on development and other support activities.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to full development life cycle, including requirements analysis, functional design, technical design, programming, testing, documentation, implementation, and on-going technical support.
• Analyze specifications and perform program/database design activities
• Translate business needs (BRD) into effective technical solutions and documents (FRD/TSD)
• Utilize Mantas Data Miner tools and any other necessary tools necessary for performing daily maintenance and project implementation for the Mantas AML program
• Maintain knowledge of Mantas business scenarios and how they are implemented
• Ability and willingness to learn newer tools used for build and deployments and contribute in SIT/UAT deployments as well.
• Support business decisions with ad hoc analysis as needed.
• Apply analytical skills to solve a business problem and present before stakeholders all the options to take the best approach possible.
• Liaise with Global stakeholders and effectively communicate to be influential within Global AML Landscape.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of Application development experience through full lifecycle
• Strong Software Development Lifecycle management experience.
• Strong Oracle Database and SQL skills
• Preferable experience in Oracle Mantas/FCCM including knowledge of Mantas Requirement analysis, Scenario development, Scenario customization, alert analysis, data analysis.
• Good understanding of AML Domain is preferable.
• Experience with Red Hat Linux and UNIX Bash Shell Scripting.
• Knowledge of Build and Deployment tools like Bit Bucket, RLM, Service Now
• Good to have knowledge in Big Data Stack.

• Proven ability to work with teams that are geographically separated 
• Should be a self-starter with a high level of initiative. 
• Excellent oral and written communication skill as candidate is expected to work with onshore & near-shore teams
• Should be able to own end-to-end project including development, requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to work late in the evening India time on need basis in order to interact with US onshore team and to meet urgent requests by Clients.
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree (in science, computers, information technology or engineering)
