Job Description - Manual QA

Responsibilities:

Test end -to -end payment flows (success, failure, timeout, refund, reversal)
Perform functional, integration, and regression testing
Validate transaction data, settlement, and reconciliation
Test payment APIs using Postman/Swagger
Execute SQL queries for backend validation
Log and track defects in JIRA
Support release validation and production issues

Requirements

Skills Required:

Payments domain knowledge (UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Wallets)
API testing experience
SQL proficiency
Understanding of payment lifecycle and compliance basics
Strong defect management and test case design

Good to Have:

Test automation exposure
Agile/Scrum experience
