About the Role

We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer with 3+ years of experience in testing web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in functional, API, and database testing. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and business teams to ensure high-quality software releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and prepare Test Cases and Test Scenarios.
  

• Perform Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Integration, and UAT testing.
  

• Test Web, Android, and iOS applications.
  

• Execute API testing using Postman.
  

• Validate data using SQL/MySQL queries.
  

• Identify, log, and track defects using Jira or similar tools.
  

• Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing before releases.
  

• Collaborate with developers to resolve issues efficiently.
  

• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
  

• Prepare test execution reports and release sign-offs.
  

Required Skills

• 3+ years of Manual Testing experience.
  

• Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
  

• Experience testing Web and Mobile applications.
  

• Hands-on experience with:
  

• Functional & Regression Testing
  

• API Testing (Postman)
  

• SQL/MySQL Database Validation
  

• Jira or similar bug tracking tools
  

• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and HTTP methods.
  

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
  

• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
  

Good to Have

• Experience testing Flutter applications.
  

• Basic knowledge of Automation Testing (Selenium/Appium/Playwright).
  

• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
  

• Knowledge of Azure DevOps.
  

• ISTQB Certification (Preferred).
  

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
