Key Responsibilities

• Conduct chemical testing and analysis of raw materials and finished products.
  
• Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and consistency.
  
• Maintain laboratory records, reports, and batch documentation.
  
• Support process improvement and optimization initiatives.
  
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and regulatory standards.
  
• Investigate quality deviations and implement corrective actions.
  
• Coordinate with production and quality teams for process validation.
  
• Assist in troubleshooting manufacturing and formulation issues.
  

Required Skills

1. Chemical Analysis – Perform qualitative and quantitative testing.
   
2. Quality Control – Ensure products meet specifications.
   
3. GMP Knowledge – Follow manufacturing best practices.
   
4. Laboratory Techniques – Handle testing equipment and instruments.
   
5. Documentation – Maintain accurate technical records.
   

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of ISO quality systems.

• Statistical analysis and reporting skills.
  

Work Experience Requirements

Typical requirement: 1–5 years of experience in chemical manufacturing, production, or quality control environments. Candidates should be familiar with laboratory operations, manufacturing processes, and regulatory compliance within chemical or process industries.

Education

• Minimum: B.Sc Chemistry / M.Sc Chemistry / B.Tech Chemical Engineering (Typical)
  
• Preferred: M.Sc Chemistry or relevant specialization
  
• Additional Certifications: GMP, Quality Systems, Industrial Safety (Preferred)
