Manufacturing Engineer

• Building a strong supplier ecosystem in India to support the manufacturing requirements
  of the Mechanical Design Team.
  
• Managing relationships and negotiating with key suppliers at a senior and strategic
  level.
  
• Understanding manufacturing requirements from the Design Team, deciding what
  manufacturing operation is right from a quality and cost perspective, finding the right
  vendor for the given manufacturing job and getting it done.
  
• Regularly following -up with vendors
  
  

Requirements

Position Requirements:

• 4+ years of on -ground manufacturing experience.
  
• Diploma/B.Tech in Manufacturing Engg/Technical field is mandatory.
• Candidates should have an existing network of vendors that they are familiar with.
  
• Understanding of all metal & plastic manufacturing processes
  
• Ability to understand technical & assembly drawings
  
• Good communication and documentation skills
  
• Ability to get work done from different vendors
