As a Manager in Manufacturing Excellence, you will lead teams within our Operations practice, focusing on product development and manufacturing. You will be instrumental in driving client engagement workstreams, analyzing complex problems, and developing deliverables that meet client service expectations. As a Manager, you will leverage your leadership skills to mentor junior staff, manage client accounts, and execute strategic planning. You are accountable for project success, maintaining standards, and inspiring your team to deliver quality. Your role will involve identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm, embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery, and articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

Responsibilities

- Leading manufacturing excellence initiatives and driving operational improvements
- Guiding teams in the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps
- Utilizing analytical thinking to conduct feasibility studies and optimize manufacturing processes
- Implementing lean manufacturing techniques to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs
- Overseeing product lifecycle management and confirming alignment with market trends
- Conducting manufacturing cost analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to facilitate product ideation and development
- Promoting the adoption of emerging technologies and innovative practices in manufacturing operations
- Managing project resources effectively to achieve operational goals and objectives
- Validating compliance with industry standards and regulations within manufacturing processes

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
