Preparation of production and production changes for New Product Introduction (NPI)

• Planning of manufacturing sequences
• Planning of manufacturing equipment’s (Incl. optimization of existing equipment’s)
• Coordination of the implementation and development of manufacturing technologies
• Coordination of manufacturing documents PFMEA, IQP (Control Plan) etc.,
• Coordination of production planning in QGs
• Planning and execution of pre-series Engineering Change Requests (ECR)
• Planning and execution of EWAK-run (trail) and build D-sample
• PPAP production incl. preparation and coordination between departments
• Execute station release, line/process release and delivery release
