Roles & Responsibilities:

• The Business Partner in the Marcom Agency is in the charge of the production process of all the assets used in the Marketing and Communications initiatives in the Atos group.


• The projects may include organization of group events (CMD, Investor Day, Technology Days, Expert Convention,), bid marketing support, development of collaterals (brochures, white papers, success stories, infographics, factsheets etc.), videos and animations, emailing, website, digital app, launch of new products / services, etc.


• The Business Partner is responsible for coordinating the entire project, including discussing the brief with stakeholders, managing the production team, and overseeing the validation process until final approval from stakeholders.


• The Business Partner works to ensure high-quality production of deliverables, high client satisfaction, and the best fit between brand awareness, messaging, objective, positioning, and target group, and the right channel.


• Special focus of the Business Partner will be: - on the bid marketing, in order to present at best our offers to the clients, ensuring high impact and visibility (it includes the production of Executive Summaries, video testimonials, PPT presentations, advertising targeted campaigns, etc.).


• The person will work with an international team of Business Partners comprised of 3 team members based across India, France, Spain, & the Netherlands.

Good Communication & organizational skills

Graduation in relevant stream

4-7 yrs of relevant experience
