Job Description - Market Devlopment Officer

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Working on assigned sales targets and being Responsible for Sale & the collection
of business for the territory.

2. Responsible for enhancing the reach and penetration of the product in the territory.

3. Marketing activities during New product launch in the territory.

4. Organizing Farmer, Retailer meetings and giving product demos.

5. Customer contact & Complaint resolution.

6. Market information to head office (Competitor, pest, diseases, etc).

7. Making our product to reach every retailer through the distributor.

8. Motivating Distributors, Retailers, farmers to make the Aarialife products reach its end
customers in a given timeline.

9. To establish a distributor network in the assigned territory.

10. Should be ready travelling extensively.

11. Good language skills in regional language and English is a must.

Requirements

Basic Qualification :
BBA /MBA/ BSc (Agri Background)

â Experience in Sales and Marketing of Agricultural Products

â Who is ready to travel.

â Male candidate

â Travel and meet the dealers in different parts of Maharashtra & Making our product to
reach every retailer through the distributor.

â Area of work - Narayangaon - Manchar

â Salary Budget - 20 to 25K PM
