Market Research Analyst

• Collect and consolidate competitor and marketplace data into actionable insights, reports, and executive presentations.
  
  
• Perform comprehensive SWOT analyses and interpret market data to make strategic recommendations.
  
  
• Compile, clean, and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods, ensuring data reliability and accuracy.
  
  
• Conduct primary and secondary research using online tools, industry databases, and direct outreach.
  
  
• Maintain and enhance databases of market research findings and company intelligence.
  
  
• Deliver competitive analysis across pricing models, customer engagement strategies, product offerings, and business operations.
  
  
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Strategy teams to align research initiatives with company objectives.
  
  
• Prepare prospect background reports and industry overviews to support sales and business development efforts.
  
  
• Manage and analyze customer database insights to monitor and improve sales performance.
  
  
• Identify and report on industry best practices, innovations, and emerging technologies relevant to the SaaS landscape.
  
  
• Organize and store research data for future reference and ongoing research initiatives.
  
  
• Deliver internal presentations to cross-functional teams to communicate key findings and recommendations.
  

Requirements

• 1-2  years of experience in market research, preferably in the SaaS or tech industry.
  
  
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and multi-task across projects.
  
  
• Proficiency in statistical and data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, Excel, PowerBI ).
  
  
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot,ZOHO CRM ) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  
  
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS business models, pricing strategies, and sales methodologies.
  
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present data-driven insights clearly and concisely.
  
  
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  
  
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
