Job Description - Marketing

Marketing Executive / Marketing Officer

Role Summary

  • Responsible for planning and executing marketing and branding initiatives to enhance school visibility, drive admissions, and strengthen the institution’s brand presence.

  • Work closely with admissions, management, and external agencies to achieve enrollment and outreach goals.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute annual and campaign -wise marketing plans aligned with admission targets.

  • Support management in defining branding and positioning strategies.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and parent expectations.

Digital Marketing

  • Manage digital marketing initiatives including social media, website updates, and online campaigns.

  • Coordinate SEO, paid ads, and lead generation activities.

  • Track digital performance metrics and optimize campaigns.

Admissions & Lead Support

  • Generate and qualify admission leads through online and offline channels.

  • Coordinate with admissions team for lead follow -up and conversions.

  • Track inquiry -to -admission funnel and prepare performance reports.

Offline Marketing & Events

  • Plan and execute school events, open houses, fairs, and outreach programs.

  • Coordinate print media, hoardings, brochures, banners, and outdoor promotions.

  • Manage vendor coordination for marketing materials and events.

Branding & Communication

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.

  • Create and review marketing content including brochures, presentations, videos, and posts.

  • Coordinate PR activities and local media coverage.

Campaign Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor campaign budgets and ROI.

  • Prepare marketing MIS and dashboards.

  • Present campaign performance reports to management.
