Job Responsibilities

Position: Marketing Lead

About the Role
VeNTive Hospitality is looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Lead to drive brand growth, business expansion, and customer engagement across hospitality and lifestyle ventures.
This role will lead end-to-end marketing initiatives including brand strategy, social media management, partnerships, campaigns, and business expansion activities.
The ideal candidate should bring a strong blend of creativity, business acumen, and execution capability in fast-paced hospitality environments.


What You Will Do


Marketing Strategy & Brand Growth
• Lead overall marketing strategy aligned with business growth and expansion plans
• Drive brand positioning, visibility, and customer engagement initiatives
• Develop monthly marketing calendars, campaign plans, and promotional activities
• Identify new business and marketing opportunities to expand brand reach


Social Media & Digital Marketing
• Manage end-to-end social media presence across platforms
• Plan and oversee content strategy, announcements, launches, and digital campaigns
• Coordinate with internal teams and creative agencies for design, content, and execution
• Monitor campaign performance, engagement metrics, and digital growth trends


Partnerships & Brand Collaborations
• Lead brand onboarding initiatives, collaborations, and strategic partnerships
• Build relationships with hospitality, lifestyle, FMCG, and consumer brands
• Explore tie-ups, influencer collaborations, and event-based marketing opportunities
• Drive customer engagement activities through creative partnership models


Business Expansion & Coordination
• Support leadership in expansion planning and market outreach initiatives
• Coordinate with operations, events, and business teams for seamless campaign execution
• Ensure brand consistency across all locations, campaigns, and communication channels
• Track marketing budgets, campaign ROI, and business impact metrics


What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• 5–8 years of experience in hospitality, lifestyle, F&B, or consumer-focused marketing roles
• Strong understanding of brand management, digital marketing, and business expansion strategies
• Experience handling social media strategy, partnerships, and campaign management
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and creative thinking skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
