Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Performance Analysis:
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns across regions, channels, and platforms (paid, organic, and offline).
- Monitor key metrics such as leads generated, cost per lead, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost.
2. Reporting & Dash boarding:
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on marketing performance for internal stakeholders.
- Build and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into ongoing campaigns and regional performance trends.
3. Market & Consumer Insights:
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to support marketing strategy.
- Support regional and city-level planning by identifying high-potential markets and opportunity areas.
4. Budget & ROI Tracking:
- Monitor marketing budget utilization across campaigns and regions.
- Provide data-backed recommendations to improve marketing ROI and spend efficiency.
5. Data Management & Quality:
- Maintain clean, accurate, and well-organized marketing data across tools and platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistency of data used for reporting and analysis.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing, sales, strategy and tele calling teams to align on lead quality and campaign feedback.
- Support leadership with insights and analysis for planning and strategic decision-making.
Requirements
⢠Any Graduate, preferably in Statistics, Analytics, Business, Marketing, or Engineering. MBA an additional advantage.
⢠2 to 3 years of experience in marketing analytics, market research, or a related analytical role.
⢠Strong proficiency in Excel; familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or BI/reporting platforms is an added advantage.
⢠Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
⢠Ability to work with large datasets and translate numbers into clear, actionable insights.
⢠Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
⢠Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
