Experience: 3–4 years (early-to-mid career, high-growth trajectory)
Employment Type: Full-time
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, high-ownership professional to serve in a hybrid Marketing + Chief of Staff capacity within the CEO/ MD's office. This role sits at the intersection of brand building and executive operations — driving the organization's marketing and external visibility agenda while also acting as a trusted right hand to leadership on strategic priorities, coordination, and follow-through. It is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and wants a front-row seat to how a business is run.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand
Own and execute marketing initiatives including brand positioning, content, campaigns, and market presence.
Lead social media strategy and execution, including influencer marketing and partnerships.
Develop and oversee media strategy — channel planning, media mix, and agency/vendor coordination.
Build and manage marketing collateral, thought leadership content, and external communications.
Track marketing performance and translate it into actionable insights for leadership.
Support event and conference presence, including sponsorships and speaking opportunities.
Chief of Staff
Act as a strategic partner to the CEO/ MD — managing priorities, follow-ups, and cross-functional coordination.
Prepare briefing notes, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholder meetings.
Drive follow-through on key organizational initiatives, ensuring accountability across teams.
Serve as a liaison between the CEO/ MD's office and various internal functions/departments.
Manage special projects and ad hoc strategic priorities as they arise.
Coordinate and prioritize the CEO/ MD's calendar, travel, and key engagements where needed.
Requirements
Experience & Education
3–4 years of marketing experience; experience within life sciences, healthcare, or pharma is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated experience in social media and influencer marketing.
Working knowledge of media strategy and planning — traditional, digital, and earned media mix.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
Prior exposure to founder's office, chief of staff, or business operations roles is a strong plus.
Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent leadership externally.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with high ambiguity.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with social media and analytics tools.
Soft Skills
Smooth, articulate communicator who is equally comfortable being assertive when needed.
High EQ — able to read the room, manage up, and build trust quickly with senior stakeholders.
Proactive and solutions-oriented; takes ownership without needing constant direction.
Discreet and dependable, given close proximity to leadership decision-making.
Resilient under pressure and comfortable navigating shifting priorities.
What We Offer
Direct mentorship and visibility with the CEO/MD and senior leadership.
Accelerated learning across strategy, marketing, and business operations.
A high-ownership role with significant scope to shape processes and outcomes.
Competitive compensation aligned with experience and market benchmarks.
