Role Overview The Marketing & Communications Manager will lead marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, brand communication, and demand-generation activities. This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on professional who can design and execute data-driven marketing strategies, strengthen brand positioning, and support business growth within the industrial automation and manufacturing sectors.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B industrial marketing, excellent leadership capabilities, and the ability to align marketing initiatives with overall business and sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with organizational vision, product roadmap, and sales goals.
Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team across digital marketing, brand management, and field marketing functions.
Brand Development & Positioning
Define and strengthen brand identity while ensuring consistent messaging across all communication channels.
Position the organization as a leader in AI-powered inspection and automation solutions within the industry.
Demand Generation & Lead Nurturing
Design and execute digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, and content marketing to generate qualified leads and improve brand visibility.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead generation, nurturing strategies, and conversion objectives.
Content & Communication
Oversee the development of high-quality marketing materials such as case studies, whitepapers, presentations, videos, and press releases tailored for B2B industrial audiences.
Events & Industry Engagement
Plan and execute participation in trade shows, industry conferences, product demonstrations, and exhibitions to strengthen market presence and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Market Research & Competitive Intelligence
Conduct market research to identify emerging industry trends, competitor strategies, and new growth opportunities.
Use insights to refine marketing strategy and enhance product messaging.
Performance & Analytics
Track and analyze key marketing metrics including lead generation, conversion rates, campaign ROI, and website performance.
Present data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with product, sales, and engineering teams to refine go-to-market strategies, pricing approaches, and value propositions.
Budget & Vendor Management
Manage marketing budgets, external agencies, and vendor partnerships to ensure efficient use of resources and maximize return on investment.
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–6+ years of experience in B2B industrial marketing, with at least 1 year in a leadership or senior role.
Demonstrated success in brand building, digital marketing, and lead generation within automation, manufacturing, or technology sectors.
Strong proficiency with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
Excellent communication, branding, design, and presentation skills.
Strategic mindset combined with strong analytical and execution capabilities.
Willingness to travel for industry events, exhibitions, and client engagements as required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in high-growth or scale-up technology environments.
Proven ability to build and scale marketing processes, infrastructure, and teams from the ground up.
