Job Description - Marketing and Content Head

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients


Min Experience: 6 years

Location: Gurugram

JobType: full-time

We are seeking an experienced Marketing and Content Head to lead end-to-end marketing, communication, and brand strategy. This role demands strong creative thinking, hands-on execution, and the ability to position the brand as a leader in emerging technologies such as AI Agents, Mixed Reality, and medical innovation. The ideal candidate will drive content excellence, strengthen brand visibility, and execute marketing initiatives that support business growth, sales enablement, and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the integrated marketing and content strategy to enhance brand presence and business expansion.
  • Create high-impact content across diverse formats including website copy, case studies, social media, product narratives, video scripts, and pitch decks.
  • Elevate brand positioning and storytelling across technology, innovation, and enterprise solutions.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels including LinkedIn, email, website, and digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to produce collaterals such as brochures, demo materials, and pitch content.
  • Own and grow social media presence through consistent and engaging industry-relevant content.
  • Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and content analysis to support go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
  • Work closely with design, product, and leadership teams to ensure cohesive brand representation.
  • Measure and report campaign performance, content reach, and brand metrics to leadership.
  • Build, guide, and mentor a small marketing and content team over time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing, content strategy, or brand communication roles, preferably in tech/SaaS/startup environments.
  • Excellent storytelling, writing, and content development skills.
  • Hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, and campaign execution.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and compelling narratives.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with AI, SaaS, or healthcare/medical technology is a strong advantage.
