Research and maintain lead generation database
Conduct customer research
Manages and qualifies leads coming from DEVTAC website and partners including Zoho
Optimizes lead generation and conversion of DEVTAC
Converts leads to appointments
Fulfills the following:
- 5 new content per week (non-blog)
- 10 new appointments per week
Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential leads
Participate in the preparation of proposals and / or sales presentations
Provide accurate and timely information to management
Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process
Requirements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration
1 or 2 years relevant experience in lead qualification and/or digital marketing
Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
Experience with cold calling
Experience with research and maintaining databases
Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience in using CRM
Strong project and time management skills
Requirements • Experience in designing office spaces or commercial interiors is an advantage. • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools. • Strong eye for detail, aesthetics, and space optimization. • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and ideas. • Ability to work within project timelines and meet deadlines
