About the Role

Truva is a real estate company looking for a Marketing Associate – CRM to manage customer communication, engagement, and conversion through CRM campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Manage CRM campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, and SMS.

  
  


• 
  

  Create and manage automated customer journeys.

  
  


• 
  

  Write campaign content and coordinate with design teams.

  
  


• 
  

  Work with CRM vendors and product teams to improve automation.

  
  


• 
  

  Track campaign performance and optimize customer engagement and conversions.

  
  

Mandatory Skills & Requirements

• 
  

  Hands-on experience with CRM tools like WebEngage, MoEngage, CleverTap, or similar.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience building and managing customer journeys.

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of customer lifecycle and funnel marketing.

  
  


• 
  

  Understanding of campaign metrics such as Open Rate, CTR, and Conversion Rate.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to create CRM campaign content and coordinate with teams.

  Customer-focused and data-driven approach.
