Role Overview   

Hi, I'm Suraj Ahuja, Senior Director - Marketing at WebPros. Our marketing team is undergoing an exciting transformation, adopting a more agile and collaborative way of working. We're looking for a motivated Marketing Associate to join our team. 

We are seeking a versatile and creative Marketing Associate to help drive content strategy and execution for WebPros brands. This role is a key contributor to our two primary tracks: Storefront and Partner marketing. You'll work closely with the Brand Manager and other squad members to develop and deliver a wide range of content, and help execute our Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) initiatives, ensuring our messaging resonates and engages audiences across every touchpoint. 

This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to directly influence our brand messaging and customer journey. It's ideal for someone who is a skilled writer, a collaborative strategist, and a hands-on executor — a motivated self-starter who can quickly grasp new topics and work seamlessly within a cross-functional team. Key Responsibilities:  

Content Strategy & Execution 

• Develop and write high-quality content for a variety of channels, including blog posts, case studies, website copy, emails, and social media. 


• Collaborate with the Brand Manager and other squad members to align content with brand strategy and campaign objectives. 


• Optimize all content for SEO and reader engagement.  

Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM):  

• Assist in the execution of CLM campaigns, including setting up email workflows and testing messaging. 


• Work with the team to analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements. 


• Ensure a consistent and compelling brand voice across all CLM touchpoints.  

Cross-functional Collaboration 

• Actively participate in squad meetings (stand-ups, planning, retrospectives) to contribute ideas and insights. 


• Work with the design, digital marketing, and website teams to ensure a cohesive final product. 

Qualifications: 

Core Skills 

• 3+ years of experience in a content marketing, digital marketing, or marketing associate role. 


• Proven ability to write clear, compelling, and grammatically correct copy. 


• Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and email marketing platforms. 


• Strong understanding of content optimization for digital channels. 


• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.  


• Strong AI usage skills 

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have) 

• Experience with HTML/CSS or content management systems (CMS). 


• Familiarity with Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) principles. 


• Experience in a B2B SaaS environment. 


• A portfolio of work showcasing a range of content types.

Your Hiring Experience

1. Screening Interview (30 min): an informal conversation with Radostina to discuss background, motivations, and career aspirations, and give an overview of the company and process.


2. Hiring Manager Interview (45 min): discussion with the Hiring Manager to assess team fit, self-reliance, technical alignment, and problem-solving skills.


3. Home Assignment: a short task to evaluate practical skills and approach to problem-solving.


4. Final Interview (45-60 min): final evaluation of marketing expertise, collaboration style, and overall team fit with one of our Marketing leaders.
