Job Title: Marketing Associate (Telugu-Speaking – Mandatory)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Marketing Associate to join our Growth & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in Marketing, Business, or Growth Strategy & Operations. You will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth through experimentation, insights, and scalable processes.

🔈 Language Requirement (Mandatory):
The candidate must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing Telugu. Native speakers are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Channel Strategy & Operations:
  Drive and optimize growth channels with scalable processes and predictable ROI.
• Automation & Efficiency:
  Build and implement automation workflows to enhance reporting and minimize manual tasks.
• Growth Initiatives:
  Own high-impact, end-to-end growth projects — from ideation through to execution.
• Data-Driven Strategy:
  Analyze marketing performance metrics and align them with business outcomes to inform decision-making.
• Cross-Team Collaboration:
  Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Data Engineering to ensure accurate data usage.
• Performance Analysis:
  Evaluate marketing channel data (e.g., Google, Meta) and connect insights with internal metrics.
• Experimentation & Insights:
  Design and run experiments to improve marketing efficiency. Build reports and present insights for ongoing iteration.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a fast-paced startup or reputed organization.
• Proven ability to drive initiatives or programs at scale.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets — must be comfortable working with large datasets and building dashboards.
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools.
• Strong understanding of data systems, pipelines, and troubleshooting data issues.
• First-principles thinker with structured problem-solving skills.
• Strong business intuition with a data-to-narrative approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in Telugu (mandatory): Must be able to speak, read, and write in Telugu fluently.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, AppsFlyer, etc.
• Experience in a consumer-tech or subscription-based business.
