Support marketing automation efforts, including acting as the Adobe Campaign administrator and primary user of the tool
Builds and optimizes our digital marketing programs, with a focus on creating sophisticated nurture programs for leads and customers in various segments and stages of the funnel
Oversees multichannel marketing programs (email, SMS, direct mail), including working collaboratively on creative development, list management and segmentation strategies, cadence, testing, journey mapping, execution, tracking and optimization.
Works closely with the stakeholders to support the Adobe Campaign infrastructure and architecture.
Stays up to date on email and demand-gen best practices to develop clear recommendations on how to improve response rates and overall engagement
Standardizes and optimizes marketing automation processes and QA procedures to ensure flawless delivery of campaigns
Continuously monitors daily/weekly/quarterly reporting of database KPIs, including campaign performance (email / webinars / program effectiveness)
Creates and maintains best practices and documentation
Qualifications
Experience with marketing automation platform, such as Adobe Campaign required, current or recent certification a plus.
Experience working in healthcare or financial services a plus.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript – specifically building emails and landing pages that are responsive is a plus.
Experience in relational databases, data structures, creating data schema and querying language and data sync
Working experience in Salesforce (specifically campaign, opportunity, lead, and contact objects) is a plus.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail while operating under tight and competing deadlines; ability to prioritize work.
Creative, strategic, and analytical thinker; ability to think through multiple options and proactively present ideas.
Great communication and interpersonal skills; ability to facilitate teams and exert influence when needed.
Experience with A/B testing– including subject lines, CTAs, messaging, Personalization
Strong knowledge of lead generation, campaign delivery, conversion rate optimization, and marketing automation implementation best practices.
Experience in relational databases, data structures, creating data schema and SQL
