Job overview:
- A key objective of this position is to develop and implement comprehensive
marketing communication strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and support organizational objectives.
- The ideal candidate must have experience in building consumer facing brands with high emphasis on Social Media Management, Online Reputation Management, Community Management, Public Relations, e-mail marketing, personal branding, etc.
- This role requires a strong command of language and writing skills.
- Identify & develop strong relations with community members i.e., Architects, Interior & Landscape Designers, etc. for podcast shows & User Generate Content
Responsibilities:
Social Media
- Develop innovative social media and content marketing experiences that engage the consumer and help tell meaningful stories
- Crafting and managing monthly/quarterly/yearly content calendar for social media channels – Topical calendar, platform content calendar and ongoing campaign plan
- Manage hygiene, personality and tonality of brands on social media across all channels in sync with the guidelines
- Manage social media shoots for developing content for products, collaborations, behind-the-scene content, etc. in partnership with brand management, sales and creative team
- Develop latest formats and effective social media assets
- Identifying content amplification opportunities on social media (Real-time trends, memes, collaborations, etc.)
- Conceptualize themes and videos, in line with the social media calendar
- Be willing to answer any questions posted by the users/readers
- Track, analyse, report and optimize social media performance
- Grow engagement & analyse competitor’s activities
- Own the brand’s Online Reputation Management – track sentiment analysis, and ensure effective resolutions to negative conversations
Community Development
- Develop strong community to build brand advocacy, consideration and enable desired action of commerce through content.
- Develop & design community outreach program across brands
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with bloggers, vloggers and social media influencers
- Do regular podcasts and live sessions with the Architects, Interior & Landscape Designers
- Track and monitor competition in the influencer campaigns and influencer utilization
- Map influencer share of voice (SOV) on a monthly basis with respect to Reach, Engagement, views and shareability
- Participate and manage the social communities they're a part of - ensuring that they're well connected to the influencer networks
- Ensuring on time payments and swift query resolutions for both internal as well as external stakeholders
Requirements: Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in marketing or a related field
- Strong hold on brand storytelling, creative thinking and appetite to experiment
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Social Media & Community/Influencer Marketing Manager or in a related role – digital content publishing
- Proficiency in using content management systems and other relevant tools
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Outspoken and a communication enthusiast who can easily build relations
- An aesthetic eye to enhance quality of content for brand campaigns
