We‎ are the authorized‎ consultants‎ to the company‎‎ who are‎‎ manufacturer‎ of bleaching‎‎ earth,‎ a‎ specialized‎ form‎‎ of‎ activated‎ clay‎ used‎‎ for‎‎ purifying oils, several‎‎ key‎ machines‎ and‎‎ equipment’s,‎ ‎ they‎ are‎‎ involved‎‎ throughout‎‎ the process.

*Role*: Marketing Coordinator

*Qualification*: MBA-Marketing

*CTC*: Up to 12 LPA

*Location* : Lower Parel

*Experience* : Minimum 4 years of experience

Key Responsibilities:

Point of Contact: Act as the primary liaison connecting the Marketing Team, Head Office, and Factory/Plant.

Sample & Trial Operations: Manage sample requirements, dispatch product samples for client trials, and track product-wise specifications and lab reports.

Dispatch & Sales Support: Coordinate order dispatch follow-ups between plant, marketing, and clients; manage sales receipts and order documentation.

Rejection Management: Handle rejection coordination and product issue resolution between clients, sales, and manufacturing.

Expense & Financial Management: Oversee marketing team expense processing, budget tracking, and financial documentation.

Travel Logistics: Coordinate foreign travel plans, itineraries, and bookings with the internal travel desk.
