Position SummaryThe Marketing Data Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting marketing data to drive informed decision-making. This position involves collecting, processing, and analyzing data related to marketing campaigns, customer behavior, and market trends. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data analysis tools, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:Data Collection and Analysis:1.Gather and analyze data from various sources, including CRM systems, social media platforms, website analytics, and customer feedback.2.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key marketing metrics and KPIs.3.Market Research:Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.4.Provide insights into market opportunities and potential areas for growth.
Pricing Planning:1.Benchmark competitors’ pricing strategies and analyze market conditions to provide recommendations for pricing adjustments.2.Collaborate with the marketing and finance teams to develop competitive pricing models that align with business objectives and market trends.
Campaign Performance Analysis:1.Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by analyzing data on reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI on google, meta, aggregators and other channels.2.Identify patterns and trends to optimize future marketing efforts.
Customer Insights:1.Analyze customer behavior and segmentation to inform targeted marketing strategies.2.Monitor customer feedback and sentiment to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
Data Management:1.Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing best practices for data collection and storage.2.Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate data from different sources.
Reporting and Presentation:1.Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.2.Translate complex data into clear, concise insights for non-technical audiences.
Collaboration:Work closely with the marketing team to align data analysis with marketing strategies and goals.Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and operations, to support data-driven decision-making.
