Conduct detailed market research to identify potential clients, emerging trends, and competitive landscape.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Conduct technical discussions, provide product demonstrations, and address customer inquiries.
Work with the engineering team to offer customized technical solutions based on client-specific needs.
Assist the sales team with technical expertise during meetings and negotiations.
Prepare and deliver technical proposals and quotations to customers.
Support lead generation through exhibitions, webinars, and client visits.
Coordinate with the project management team to ensure timely delivery of products meeting customer specifications.
Provide after-sales support and handle technical queries to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales data for market analysis.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on marketing activities, lead generation, and sales performance.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial or related discipline).
Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing process equipment, industrial valves, pumps, chillers, vacuum pumps, and fabricated equipment.
Proven experience in handling Southern India region markets is preferred.
Strong technical knowledge of process equipment and industrial products.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to conduct market research and create actionable marketing strategies.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (SEO, email campaigns, social media).
Good documentation and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
