PositionOverview:
We are seeking a dynamic andexperienced Marketing Engineer to join our team. The idealcandidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in sellingrefractories or other industrial productswith a strong focus on customer engagement and relationshipbuilding. This role requires extensive travel within India toengage with clients across variousindustries.
KeyResponsibilities:
1. Develop andexecute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets andobjectives.
2. Identify and prioritizepotential clients within the Iron and Steel Cement Power Plants andHighTemperature process industries.
3.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing andprospective clients through regular communication and sitevisits.
4. Conduct productpresentations and demonstrations to showcase the features andbenefits of our refractory castables and PCPFblocks.
5. Collaborate with thetechnical team to provide customized solutions to meet clientrequirements.
6. Monitor market trendsand competitor activities to identify opportunities for businessgrowth.
7. Prepare and present salesreports forecasts and budgets to management on a regularbasis.
8. Act as a liaison betweenclients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolutionof any issues.
9. Attend industrytrade shows exhibitions and conferences to network and promotecompany products.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or Diploma inEngineering.
Minimum of 4 years ofexperience in sales of refractories orindustrial products.
Proven trackrecord of meeting or exceeding salestargets.
Excellent communication andnegotiation skills.
Stronginterpersonal skills with a customercentricapproach.
Ability to workindependently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 80% of thetime).
Location: Chennai with frequenttravel across India.
Salaryrange starting from 4.5 lakhsCTC
