The Marketing Executive at LIVXS plays a supportive but very important role in keeping our brand active, seen, and engaging across all platforms. You’ll work closely with the Marketing & Sales Manager and Creative team to make sure our social presence stays fresh, our platforms stay updated, and our CRM and marketing tools are used well. You don’t need to run ads or manage budgets—but you should be hands-on with content, follow-ups, and communication tools. If you’re creative, organised, and love the wedding/media space, you’ll fit in perfectly.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Presence
Keep track of how LIVXS looks across all public platforms and social media.
Ensure logos, bios, featured work, testimonials, and contact details are regularly updated.
Support in getting us listed or featured in relevant vendor directories or magazines.
Help maintain a consistent brand tone—whether it’s a caption, a reply, or a platform listing.
2. Social Media Handle
Work with the Social Media Manager to draft, schedule, and post content on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, etc.
Help in creating captions, selecting clips, choosing thumbnails, and managing post calendars.
Handle basic community engagement—liking, commenting, replying to DMs with guidance.
Keep stories updated with highlights, BTS, events, shoutouts, and announcements.
3. Zoho CRM and Marketing Plus
Assist in updating lead data in Zoho CRM and tagging leads properly under campaigns.
Use Zoho Marketing Plus to send out emailers, invites, or seasonal newsletters.
Support campaign tracking by updating follow-ups or sending lead summaries to the team.
Coordinate with the sales executive to ensure the leads from campaigns are followed up on time.
4. Content Ideas for Postings
Regularly contribute ideas for social posts, story themes, trending reels, and seasonal campaigns.
Help brainstorm new ways to showcase albums, testimonials, couple stories, and BTS.
Maintain a simple content bank in Workdrive or Zoho Sheets with reels, photo sets, and quotes that can be used.
Keep a lookout for trends or formats that could work well with our brand vibe.
Key Skills Required
Basic knowledge of Instagram, Canva, Zoho Sheets, and Zoho tools
Good sense of aesthetics—what looks premium vs. what doesn’t
Comfortable writing captions, short replies, and light content
Quick learner and ready to multitask across different platforms
Friendly, organised, and responsive with communication
Qualifications Preferred
1–2 years of experience in a marketing/social media-related role
Background in Marketing, Media, Communications, or Event Management
Comfortable working from LIVXS HQ and available during peak wedding seasons
Should enjoy working in a creative and fast-moving team
