Job Description - Marketing Executive

Reporting To: Assistant Manager
Functional Alignment: VP – Business Development

Role
Summary

Global Wave Dynamics is looking for an Executive –
Marketing to support SEO execution and content management initiatives aligned
with the company’s lead generation and digital growth objectives.

This role is designed for a marketing
professional with 2+ years of B2B experience, preferably within aviation,
logistics, outsourcing, GCC, or service -driven industries. The individual will
primarily focus on managing website content, supporting SEO growth initiatives,
and ensuring alignment between digital visibility efforts and evolving business
priorities.
The role will work closely with the Lead Generation Leader while executing in
alignment with strategic direction provided by the VP – Business Development.
The candidate is expected to bring demonstrated experience in contributing
toward measurable impact within a similar B2B or industry -focused environment.


Requirements

Website
Content Management

  • Manage and continuously update website
    content aligned with evolving business priorities, service offerings, and
    strategic positioning

  • Coordinate creation and optimization of
    website pages, service content, landing pages, blogs, case studies, and
    CTAs

  • Ensure content consistency across all
    digital touchpoints and maintain alignment with the company’s positioning
    across aviation, logistics, outsourcing, and GCC -focused solutions

  • Support enhancement of website
    engagement, readability, user experience, and conversion -focused messaging

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders
    to ensure content reflects evolving business strategy and market
    positioning

SEO
Management & Coordination

  • Take ownership of day -to -day SEO
    coordination and execution with the external SEO agency

  • Ensure the agency delivers activities
    aligned with timelines, evolving SEO direction, and performance
    expectations defined by leadership

  • Monitor keyword rankings, organic
    traffic, technical SEO activities, backlink progress, and overall website
    performance metrics

  • Coordinate implementation of on -page SEO
    improvements including metadata optimization, keyword alignment, internal
    linking, and content structuring

  • Track SEO performance and prepare
    structured reports for the Lead Generation Leader and VP – Business
    Development

  • Ensure SEO execution contributes toward
    improved digital visibility, engagement, and inbound lead generation
    support

Research
& Content Alignment

  • Conduct ongoing industry research across
    aviation, logistics, outsourcing, and GCC sectors to support content
    development and SEO direction

  • Identify relevant industry narratives,
    market trends, and positioning opportunities for website and digital
    content initiatives

  • Support refinement of content strategy
    based on evolving business priorities and performance insights

Reporting
& Execution Support

  • Maintain structured reporting for SEO
    performance, website updates, and content execution initiatives

  • Coordinate timelines and deliverables
    across agencies and internal stakeholders

  • Ensure assigned marketing execution
    activities remain aligned with lead generation objectives and broader
    business strategy

  • Support process improvement and execution
    efficiency across SEO and content workflows

Key KPIs

Key
Requirements

  • MBA in Marketing or equivalent
    qualification

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B
    marketing, preferably within aviation, logistics, outsourcing, GCC, or
    service -driven industries

  • Strong written communication and website
    content management skills

  • Basic to intermediate understanding of
    SEO strategy, keyword planning, and website optimization

  • Experience coordinating with external
    agencies and cross -functional teams

  • Familiarity with GA4, SEMrush/Ahrefs, CMS
    platforms, and related SEO tools is preferred

  • Demonstrated experience in contributing
    toward measurable marketing outcomes such as improved website engagement,
    organic visibility, content performance, or digital positioning

  • Exposure to execution -driven environments
    where SEO and content initiatives contribute toward business growth
    objectives

  • Strong ownership mindset, execution
    discipline, and attention to detail
