Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and confident Marketing Executive / Marketing Associate to join our Marketing Department. The candidate should have a strong interest in marketing activities, AI tools, social media management, lead generation, Apollo CRM management, webinars, events, and client communication.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Candidates with an IT background or good technical understanding will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Use AI tools effectively for marketing activities such as content creation, research, email drafting, campaign ideas, social media posts, and marketing automation.
  
• Create, schedule, and manage content for social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant channels while ensuring consistent branding and tone.
  
• Support in planning and executing marketing strategies across various platforms to achieve business objectives.
  
• Manage customer and prospect databases, including lead research, prospect identification, database enrichment, Apollo CRM updates, lead tracking, opportunity management, and campaign support.
  
• Coordinate with cross -functional teams including content, design, sales, and technical teams to align marketing initiatives.
  
• Plan, coordinate, and manage bi -weekly webinars, technology events, customer sessions, and promotional campaigns.
  
• Draft email campaigns, track campaign performance, and use data insights to nurture leads, improve engagement, and support sales conversion.
  
• Support client -facing communication wherever required with confidence and professionalism.
  

Required Skills

• Good hands -on knowledge of AI tools used in marketing.
  
• Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Basic understanding of marketing, social media, email campaigns, lead generation, and Apollo CRM management.
  
• Ability to handle databases, Apollo CRM, and marketing trackers.
  
• Proactive, confident, detail -oriented, and self -motivated.
  
• Good understanding of branding, content consistency, and professional communication.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in marketing, lead generation, marketing coordination, or sales support.
  
• Candidate from IT background or with good technical understanding will be preferred.
  
• Basic knowledge of B2B marketing, IT services, software products, or technology solutions will be an added advantage.
  
• Experience with Apollo CRM will be preferred.
  

Educational Qualification

MBA in Marketing is preferred. Candidates with relevant marketing knowledge, IT background, or technical understanding will be given preference.
