About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and execution-driven Marketing Executive to help grow Truva's brand presence and customer base. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to execute hyperlocal marketing campaigns, community activations, and customer engagement initiatives that drive awareness and acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer behavior, preferences, and pain points to identify growth opportunities.


• Plan and execute hyperlocal marketing campaigns, society activations, community outreach, and referral programs.


• Coordinate end-to-end marketing activities across offline and digital channels.


• Collaborate with sales, design, and product teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.


• Build relationships with local communities, partners, and vendors to increase brand visibility.


• Track campaign performance and generate actionable insights for optimization.


• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.


• Support brand-building initiatives and contribute creative ideas for customer acquisition.

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, field marketing, growth marketing, or brand activation.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance.


• Comfortable with on-ground marketing and community engagement activities.
