• Arranging meetings with Potential customers (Project/ B2B)
  
• Relationship building with key customer accounts, Architects Builders & consultants
  
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
  
• Interact regularly with potential and existing customers to apprise them of new product offerings/developments.
  
• Ensure recovery of outstanding dues from customers on time
