Role Overview:

Medico Hub is looking for a Marketing Executive for your local city location to develop local network by visiting CBSE/ICSE schools and hospitals, generating requirements, and promoting our healthcare staffing services.

---

Key Responsibilities:

School Visits & Medical Room Projects:

• Visit CBSE & ICSE schools in and around your city

• Identify schools with existing medical rooms requiring Doctors and Staff Nurses

• Approach schools without medical rooms and propose complete setup + staffing solutions

• Explain Medico Hub services including 100% attendance support & replacement

• Generate requirements and share with Head Office (Delhi NCR) India

Hospital Visits & Business Development:

• Visit hospitals, clinics, and healthcare centres

• Meet Hospital Management / HR teams

• Identify requirements for RMO Doctors and Specialist / Super-Specialist Consultants

• Promote Medico Hub services for doctor staffing solutions

• Build long-term professional relationships

Lead Generation & Coordination:

• Generate and collect genuine hiring requirements (leads)

• Share complete details with Head Office for closure and fulfillment

• Maintain follow-ups and client database

• Submit daily/weekly reports of field activities

---

Qualification:

• Graduate / MBA (Marketing / HR preferred)

---

Experience:

• 1–3 years in Marketing / Field Sales / Healthcare Recruitment preferred

• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Field work and client handling ability

• Target-oriented and self-driven

• Local area knowledge
