This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

JobType: full-time

The Marketing Head will lead the overall marketing strategy, execution, and brand positioning for a technology-driven B2B organization. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive brand building, demand generation, digital marketing, and market intelligence while collaborating closely with sales, external agencies, and leadership to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Own and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy aligned with business and revenue goals.
  • Drive brand positioning and messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Work closely with leadership and sales teams to support pipeline growth and market expansion.

Digital Marketing & Brand Management

  • Take complete ownership of social media strategy and execution across platforms.
  • Oversee content creation for social media, blogs, PR, media publications, and marketing campaigns in coordination with agencies and vendors.
  • Curate, review, and enhance content produced by external partners to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Lead SEO strategy and execution in collaboration with specialized agencies.
  • Define and maintain branding, visual identity, and design themes across all marketing collateral.

Campaigns, Analytics & Market Intelligence

  • Track, analyze, and report quantitative and qualitative performance metrics from marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential partnerships.
  • Provide insights to leadership based on market analysis and campaign outcomes.

Events, PR & Partnerships

  • Plan and execute marketing events including exhibitions, trade shows, industry forums, and award functions.
  • Support PR initiatives and media engagement to strengthen brand visibility.
  • Identify and explore collaboration opportunities with ecosystem partners.

Sales Enablement

  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to create presentations, pitch decks, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure marketing initiatives directly support sales success and customer acquisition.
  • Manage CRM and marketing data in coordination with sales operations (Salesforce experience preferred).

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA in Marketing or an equivalent qualification.
  • 3–7 years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably in B2B or technology-driven environments.
  • Proven experience working closely with sales teams and supporting revenue growth.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce is a plus.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Familiarity with marketing intelligence tools such as LinkedIn, Slintel, or similar platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with design and content tools such as Adobe Suite, Affinity Suite, Canva, or Gamma.
  • Exposure to robotics, automation, logistics, warehousing, or industrial technology domains.
