Job Description - Marketing Head




Client Engagement & Relationship Management



  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and construction companies.

  • Lead high-value client presentations, product demonstrations, and design consultations.

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities within institutional and project segments.

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and after-sales coordination.







Design & Project Coordination



  • Collaborate with internal design and production teams to align project specifications with client requirements.

  • Review architectural drawings and technical requirements to ensure accurate product delivery.

  • Coordinate timelines between sales, design, and execution teams for seamless project completion.

  • Support franchisees with technical product training and project consultation.




Key Accounts & Channel Management



  • Manage and expand franchisee network across South Indian states.

  • Drive performance of channel partners through regular review meetings, sales planning, and strategic guidance.

  • Identify and onboard new distributors and franchisees in high-potential markets.

  • Monitor inventory flow, pricing strategy, and regional sales performance.

  • Strengthen dealer engagement through marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.







Sales Leadership & Reporting



  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing executives across territories.

  • Set sales targets, track KPIs, and ensure consistent achievement of revenue goals.

  • Prepare monthly sales forecasts, territory performance reports, and management updates.

  • Develop strategic growth plans for each state based on market trends and competitive analysis.

  • Implement CRM and reporting systems to improve visibility and accountability.







Required Expertise & Experience



  • 8–15+ years of experience in architectural products, interior materials, building materials, or construction-related industries.

  • Strong network within architects, interior designers, PMC consultants, builders, and contractors.

  • Proven experience in franchisee management and multi-state sales distribution.

  • Strong understanding of project-based sales cycles.

  • Experience in handling customized or specification-driven products is preferred.

  • Ability to read technical drawings and coordinate with design teams.
