Job Description - Marketing Head -Kolkata

Summary:

This role is pivotal in driving the organization’s real estate marketing strategy, focusing on brand positioning, lead generation, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate will leverage deep market insights and digital expertise to develop and implement high -impact marketing initiatives that align with business goals. With a strategic mindset and a proven ability to deliver results, this professional will lead cross -functional efforts to enhance market visibility, attract qualified leads, and maximize campaign ROI. The position demands a blend of creative vision, analytical rigor, and leadership excellence to support sustainable growth in a competitive landscape.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive real estate marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead acquisition
Lead digital marketing campaigns across channels, including social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising
Analyze market trends and buyer behavior to refine targeting, messaging, and campaign performance
Collaborate with sales, development, and design teams to ensure cohesive, on -brand campaign delivery
Monitor, measure, and report on key performance metrics and ROI for all marketing initiatives
Manage and optimize lead generation funnels to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition efficiency
Mentor and guide marketing team members to foster innovation and high performance

Requirements

Requirements:

MBA in Marketing or equivalent advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate marketing or related field
Demonstrated success in launching projects and driving lead -generation campaigns
Expertise in digital marketing platforms, CRM tools, and data analytics
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
Proven analytical skills with experience in reporting, forecasting, and ROI tracking
Deep understanding of real estate market dynamics and customer journey mapping
