Job Title: Marketing Insights Specialist
Overview:
The Marketing Insights Specialist is responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights that shape Cineverse’s marketing strategy and execution. This role manages marketing dashboards, attribution frameworks, and reporting cadences while working closely with Marketing, Finance, and Product teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage dashboards tracking campaign performance, subscriber acquisition, and retention.
Conduct deep-dive analyses of marketing channels (paid, owned, earned) to identify ROI drivers.
Implement attribution models to measure campaign and channel effectiveness.
Partner with CRM to design audience segments and evaluate lifecycle performance.
Provide forecasting and scenario modeling for marketing spend and subscriber growth.
Deliver weekly/bi-weekly/monthly reporting for head of marketing and leadership with clear insights and recommendations.
Create post-campaign recaps that combine quantitative performance with strategic insights.
Collaborate with Product and Market Research teams to align methodologies and ensure accuracy.
Present insights, translating technical findings into clear business implications.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in business intelligence, marketing analytics, or data strategy, preferably in streaming, media, or consumer tech.
Advanced proficiency with SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI), and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel).
