Job Description:

Arrow Electronics is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Market Intelligence Analyst or Manager to join our Global Components Digital Analytics team. This is a key opportunity to help shape a data driven culture and drive insights that influence global strategy.

We are looking for someone who is:

What You Will Do

In this role, you will build data products, troubleshoot tracking issues, and conduct deep dive analyses that unlock actionable insights for the business. Responsibilities include:

  • Utilizing data analytics and visualization tools to provide statistical insight for the business – these tools include but are not limited to Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Azure Databricks, SQL, and Power BI
  • Owning key business datasets and providing recommendations for action
  • Identifying tracking gaps and partnering with developers and business teams to resolve them
  • Discovering opportunities to enhance data collection and instrumentation
  • Integrating external data sources to enrich digital analytics
  • Delivering recurring reports and supporting ad hoc analysis needs. Be able to turn around projects in a tight timeline.
  • Leading end-to-end analytical projects with long-term impact
  • Staying current with emerging digital analytics tools and methodologies, and advocating for continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For (Requirement):

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of analytics experience. MBA is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Azure Databricks, and Power BI
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and drive recommendations
  • Demonstrated experience working cross functionally with business and technical teams
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accountability
  • Ability to work a nightshift schedule (UK business hours: 9 a.m.–5 p.m. (IST 1: 30p.m. - 9: 30p.m)). This hybrid role requires three in office night shift days and two work from home days each week. Reliable home internet is required for remote work.

Nice to Have (Preferred but Not Required):

  • Working knowledge of B2B lead management, Salesforce, and marketing automation platforms (Marketo or Eloqua)
  • Experience with Adobe CJA, Adobe Analytics, or Google Analytics is must
  • Background in A/B testing, marketing analytics, or customer behavior analysis
  • Experience in large global companies
